Excellent quality. Lots of functionality and looks amazing!

I wanted to wait before posting a review but now that I have used it a couple of times, I understand the hype of the longy bar. The bar itself has a certain cool factor that many home gym enthusiasts love. Something difficult to explain so I'll call it the cool factor of the equipment. If you have the money to spend I would definitely suggest the stainless steel version as it would elevate that cool factor of the bar just that much more. In comparison to the Gym pin bar this one looks better however I'm sure functionally it's very similar if not the same, and aesthetically it's all preference but I like this one much more as well. The metal has a grainy texture that looks great and it appears to hold up well if you clank it around although there is no concern of bending or warping. I like how it's not extremely light or heavy, instead a good middle ground (leaning lighter than heavier) to add other attachments on as well. The holes are big enough to attach many carabiners of different lengths so that shouldn't be of concern.

I have not used the D grips with this but it seems like a cool idea to function as a lat or straight bar. Nothing to crazy but it adds versatility to a home gym which is huge for many of us.

When attaching this to a barbell landmine, this is amazing! We love our barbells but have no real concern about keeping our end sleeves super pristine but would love to preserve it if possible and this seems to do that as well. The acetal liner (plastic liner) for the barbell sleeves is a nice touch when thinking about the little things. The little curve although aesthetically pleasing, also seems to give a little deeper of a stretch when doing things like a t bar row.

If I had to think of suggestions I'm thinking maybe adding an attachment point to a cable on the bottom of the bar to make it a dual attachment point bar but not sure how much better it would be for a possible added cost. The plastic liners look great but if they chip or crack easy maybe this would be an aspect to improve but not looking like a concern any time soon. Looking forward to see how it holds up over constant use. If the price would be able to be cut down by 20 or so dollars I'm sure it would pull a few more customers but definitely not to bad of a price.

Overall just an amazing product that does what is supposed to do and looks amazing! Plus supporting an amazing home gym business. Looking forward to get some more equipment, great stuff!!!!

Awesome Attachment

Sturdy and highly versatile attachment that has tons of potential. This single bar can easily replace many other attachments.

Good stick

Connected my stacks just fine; needed slightly larger biners since it's thick. The snap on grips help with stretch if you have longy arms.

Longy bar

Very versatile piece of gear, that allows you to hit lats from multiple angles and can be used to target all parts of the muscle. Can be used for cable flyes on single stack, curls, tricep extension, shrugs etc. possibilities are truly amazing
