Very space efficient. It only takes up 4 side holes on the rack. I don't understand why other gun rack style holders need to take 8 or 9 holes for the same number of bars. Looks great, very well made. I swapped the "anchor" portion left to right for a slightly different look.
This is the perfect addition to your rack. Having this horizontal storage inside the rack makes changing exercises so much quicker and more convenient. It really adds to the enjoyment of the routine.
Excellent craftsmanship and aesthetics. No reason to not have this in your setup.

After searching for barbell storage solutions, I was excited to find Darko Lifting products. I ordered The Dock to hold my two barbells. I have a Mikolo Power Cage. The steel tubing sides are 2x2-inch steel. However, the tubing does not have holes on all four sides. I was able to make The Dock work by modifying my rack. I purchased a 1” Milwaukee Hole Dozer ($13) drill bit and was able to easily drill holes into the tubing for the install. I did not purchase the hardware from Darko, but would in hindsight. I found it difficult to find 1” diameter bolts at local hardware stores-something to keep in mind. Instead, I used ¾” x 3” hex bolts, two washers, and a hex nut for each mounting place (4 total). Purchasing the hardware from my local home depot cost $17. 3” hex bolts were exactly the right length for my 2” cage sides. I’m very happy with how the install went and how the product looks and works on my rack. Shipping was fast and the product arrived well in advance of the estimated delivery timeframe. Would recommend to anyone looking for a space saver for their home gym!
Received both the dock and the anchor. Color matched to my rack (red). The quality is immaculate. They look so good. Getting all my barbells and specialty bars off the floor is an added benefit. Did I mention how clean they look? Will recommend to my home gym friends
