I wanted to order the barbell anchor from Darko, but initially was disappointed because my Ethos rack has 1/2” holes along the top crossmembers. I contacted Darko and live chatted with their rep and he offered to custom 3D print some 1/2” adapters and shipped them out with my badass black and OD green bar storage anchors! These are a clever and convenient way to get the olympic bar up and out of the way…very pleased with every step of the purchase! 🤜🏼💥🤛🏽
I didn’t want to store my barbell upright, and didn’t have a wall wide enough for a horizontal storage….enter the Darko anchor. This was such a great idea and I’m glad I found it. The barbell sits way over my head when in the rack and will never have an issue with it being in the way. Solid idea, solid product. 10/10
This is a must have for your rack. High quality product and wonderful customer service.
This is exactly what I needed for additional barbell storage in my garage gym! Allows for efficient use of space without having to bring the barbells in and out of the rack. Looks great too!
This product is an absolute masterpiece. From the moment I unboxed it, I knew I was dealing with something truly special. The craftsmanship is impeccable. The fit is flawless. It slid onto my rack like it was made for it. No fuss, no wobble, just pure perfection. Visually, it looks incredible. Sleek, solid, and seriously levels up the whole setup. It’s the kind of upgrade that makes you stop, admire, and think, “This is next level.”
Functionally, it is a total game changer. It is going to make working with commonly used bars smoother, more efficient, and honestly more enjoyable. I didn’t even realize how much I needed this until I had it in place. Now I can’t imagine training without it.
If I had to offer one small critique, it would be the bolts. The fully threaded design isn’t ideal, and the fact that they stick out more than an inch past my 2x3 uprights is a bit of an eyesore. It doesn’t take away from the performance, but it’s the only thing that kept this from being absolute perfection.
Final verdict. If you’re even thinking about it, just get it. Your rack will look better. Your training will feel better. And you’ll wonder why you waited.
