The Longy Bar

Absolutely love this attachment. Was considering the shorty bar but I am glad I went with the longy bar as I have room for it. Well built and having the extra width really gives more versatility with the workouts. The stainless steel will not only keep from rusting in my gym but looks amazing as well. Also having the center collar to fit over a barbell is a great idea and allows even more exercises. Packaging was excellent, communication was great and he really makes outstanding products overall. Will definitely be doing business with this company again in the future.

Best cable/landmine attachment I have owned. The only thing i would suggest in putting a cable attachment point on both sides of the landmine hole. That way you could use it angled up or down. The build quality is fantastic. It came with a hand written note that will live in my gym. The handles are a great addition and i enjoy them cery much. 10/10 i would highly recommend. Also the shipping was pretty fast.

Ingenious piece of equipment. Able to perform and adapt to your imagination. Attached it to 2 separate tower pulleys for lat pull-down 👌
