The Darko Lifting D-Nades are open D-Handles built for versatility and raw pulling power. Made from .313" mild steel with a textured black powder coat, they feature 8 selector holes for custom setups—including a nunchuck grip option.
Choose your handle: 38mm or 44mm printed knurled grips with rounded ends for comfort and control. Pair them with the Tiny, Shorty, or Longy Bars for creative landmine work, or crush the classics like pulldowns and rows.
Available in 14 standard colors plus 3 premium metallic-esque finishes. Built tough, styled your way, and ready to put in work.

Love the build quality of D Nade Open Handles. Definitely a great pairing with the shorty bar! Another dope product from Darko!
Everyone talks about the big three in the home gym space rogue rep maybe Temple of Gains but you have to put Darko up there. His attachments are top-notch quality is unheard of and definitely overbuilt and the craftsmanship is spot on. I’ve been able to get rid of 90% of my attachments because his are so interchangeable.
Would recommend 100% to anyone who has cables or uses the shorty bar. I am able to hit every single angle and grip possible with these on all of my equipment. 10/10
