I bought this to attach to a single cable lat/low row so that I could simulate cable crossovers as well as pulldowns with my handles of choice, and this was the perfect attachment for the job. The construction is quality, and the ability to customize your plastic liner color adds a bit of personal flair that is appreciated.

I needed something to connect two weight stacks to a single connector and the Longy bar worked wonders. Now I have to find more ways to use it. Great Product and fast shippping
