I had a rogue flat bench and the ab 3.0. I almost never wanted to use the 3.0 because of the narrow uncomfortable pad. This completely changed that! I even sold the other bench because I like this one so much now! The width is great. The feel is great. This is how the bench should have came from Rogue. Worth every penny!
Pad is well made and the sticky vinyl is awesome. We’ll see how it holds up with use, but it’s way better for benching for me with the added width as well. Like all Darko products, I think he has a great design and this won’t disappoint.
Great pads. Minus one point for the location of the top bolt hole being slightly off. Had to enlarge it just slightly to get the bolt to screw in.
