The Darko Lifting D-Nades are open D-Handles built for versatility and raw pulling power. Made from .313" mild steel with a textured black powder coat, they feature 8 selector holes for custom setups—including a nunchuck grip option.
Choose your handle: 38mm or 44mm printed knurled grips with rounded ends for comfort and control. Pair them with the Tiny, Shorty, or Longy Bars for creative landmine work, or crush the classics like pulldowns and rows.

While I love the idea of an open d-handle for a variety of exercises, from bicep curls to cable flys, when I don't want the strap hitting my forearm, I'm disappointed with this pair. I really like the multiple holes to attach the handle to the cable, but that's about it. The handle is where it comes up short. The handle feels extremely cheap, which should not be the case for something that costs more than $100. Knurled steel handles would be so much better. Also, my hands constantly slip when trying to use these handles; there is no grip whatsoever. Why not make it like other d-handles that have handles that spin. In short, for the money, there are much better options available. I regret purchasing them.
Great for lat pull downs, rows, internal/external shoulder rotational exercises and I even use mine for forearm pronation/supination, rising and arm-lifting warm-ups
Saw a few people post about these handles and loved the look of them. I wanted a handle with a larger grip and these are offered in 44mm which are perfect for back/pull exercises. But these can be used for almost anything which is why they are worth their weight in gold. Killer finish and gnurling on the printed handles and the wrinkle clack powder coat is perfect.
