The Shorty Bar was designed to allow you to choose the most efficient width for your lat pulldowns, seated rows and landmine rows.
The Shorty bar has 8 adjustment points on each side to attach your favorite d-handles. By flipping The Shorty Bar, you can also use your single attachment accessories for landmine work.

The make is absolutely fantastic, great quality and very clean execution!
In training it provides new challenges: I prefer the combination with the Trak handles, leading to complete adjustability and free movement, which triggers way more muscles for stabilzation.
Overall a dream, highly recommended.
This was absolutely perfect for my Inspire FT2 trainer! I needed something so I could do close grip seated rows. The way the lower pulleys are set up made it awkward & uncomfortable but this solved the problem perfectly! Plus it has other uses as well 👌🏻

After watching many youtube reviews I ordered the Shorty Bar. I'm still finding what works best & what doesn't but overall this works even better than I expected. I ordered the D-Grips to go with it & they work perfectly for the O/H triceps extension with the Shorty Bar. The Shorty Bar also works well with my Prime Rot8 handles for lat pull downs. This is a great product!
I bought the shorty bar for the express purpose of combining my cable towers to do a combined lat pulldown. It's perfect for that, looking forward to seeing what other uses I can put it to.
